The International Food Products and Processing Technologies Exhibition – WorldFood Istanbul will once again unite the industry at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center from September 2 to 5, 2025.

WorldFood Istanbul, serving as a bridge between international food and beverage producers and key buyers in Türkiye for 32 years, continues to stand out as an essential and ambitious platform. It enables foreign companies to explore the Turkish food market in depth, establish meaningful business connections with key industry representatives and buyers, and introduce their products to a vibrant and dynamic market.

Last year, the exhibition made a significant impact on the industry by welcoming 72,864 visitors from 155 countries, 1,276 exhibitors from 43 countries, and 2,899 brands. It marked a historic milestone by hosting over 900 buyers from 90 countries and 19,040 international visitors.

This year, WorldFood Istanbul will further reinforce its role as "a regional and international platform for industry insight and collaboration", with participation from countries including the United States, China, India, Italy, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt, Nigeria, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, and Albania.

WorldFood Istanbul Exhibition Director Semi Benbanaste shared his thoughts on the event: "We take great pride in the growth of WorldFood Istanbul, which has upheld its founding mission of enhancing our manufacturers’ export potential for the past 32 years.”Each year, with our expanding international network, we provide a dynamic platform where the latest products, technologies, and trends in the food industry are showcased. This year, we are preparing to host over 800 buyers from more than 100 countries in Istanbul. With wide-ranging geographic participation, from the United States to China, Italy to Nigeria, and Thailand to Saudi Arabia, our exhibition creates opportunities for effective collaboration among industry professionals not only in Türkiye but also on a regional and global scale. The growing number of exhibitors and visitors reflects the industry's trust and interest in the event. We strive each year to build on this interest, maintaining our position as the global showcase of the food industry."

WorldFood Istanbul will remain an essential global meeting point for the food sector this year, driven by strong demand and increasing interest from exhibitors.
