SHOW KITCHEN CHEF WORKSHOPS
In the workshop that embraces sustainability in the kitchen and will be held at WorldFood Istanbul in cooperation with the Chefs Association in the show kitchen established under the sponsorship of Öztiryakiler, the principle of "From Farm to Table" will be explained and, recipes and tricks of menus created with inspiration from zero waste will be shared.
Special Exhibition Tour with Chefs: Setting out with the motto "Chefs on Product Discovery for Waste-Free Menus!", chefs will see and experience the products of the participating companies on site and procure the ingredients they will use in the menus they prepare for their show kitchens from the participating companies. (September 7-8, 12:00-17:00)
Show Kitchen with Chefs: "Sustainable Culinary Journey: Exploring Zero Waste Cooking from Farm to Table" workshop, presented by Özlem Mekik and Executive Chefs of the Chefs Association will prepare planet-friendly recipes with healthy and reliable products to raise awareness and inspire the industry.
