Volkan Yazar, graduated and then received his Master’s Degree from Ege University, started his career at the Sales Department of Coca-Cola in 1998; and worked at Migros in 1999-2012 respectively as the Marketing Product Supervisor, Ukraine Marketing Manager, and Supply Chain Planning Manager. He actively took part in the initiation of the greatest fresh product cross docking project in the sector during this period.  
As a Supply Chain and Procurement Director, Volkan Yazar, who worked at Shaya Turkey between 2012-2017, participated in the opening process of Starbucks Azerbaijan and the creation of a supply chain infrastructure, and was in charge of the initiation processes of Supplier Performance Measurement, and Starbucks In-Store Logistics and projects.
Volkan Yazar has been working as Supply Chain and Procurement Director at d.ream (Doğuş Restaurant and Entertainment Management) since June 2017, which is the largest food and beverage company in the sector, and is a company under Doğuş Holding Company.
