Çiğdem Penn

Founder of Xsights Research&Consultancy

Having graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Psychology in 1999, Çiğdem Penn continued her education in Organizational and Social Psychology at London School of Economics. While majoring in Change Management, she also published her master’s thesis on “Resistance to Change and Its Effect on Corporate Culture”.

Having started her professional life in England, Penn started her career as a management consultant. After working at two major international research companies, she founded Xsights in London in 2004. She opened an office in Katmandu in 2017, and another in Istanbul in 2010. With a research experience of almost 20 years, Penn has worked in various geographies, primarily in Europe, the Middle East and Central and South Asia, and has successfully carried out various research projects. Çiğdem Penn has carried out pioneering efforts in Corporate Reputation measurements and established the very first corporate reputation index in our country.

Çiğdem Penn is a member of ESOMAR, MRS and TÜAD and is an experienced speaker. She acted as the President of the DEİK Nepal – Turkey Business Council for three terms. Çiğdem Penn is married with three children and fluent in English and French.
