Daughter of a family whose members from both sides are gourmets: Burçin Bilge
Upon completing her Bachelor’s Degree on Landscape Architecture, she found herself on the same path as his family members with a little help from her genes. She currently serves as the food director at Lokma, an opportunity crossed paths with her.
Her maternal aunt cooked Vegetables Stuffed with Firik for the Queen of England. Burçin Bilge, the granddaughter of kebab and baklava gourmets, did not break the tradition; she found her own brand and now develops her own recipes with new, simple, and healthy suggestions.
She first prepared meal for her children and friends, but now she makes sure she reaches everyone through Lokma.
