1976 yılında Bursa’da doğan Duygu Yılmaz, 1998 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. Çalışma hayatına, 1998 yılında PriceWaterhouse-Coopers firmasının Türkiye ofisinde başladı.

2005-2008 yılları arasında Yapı Kredi Bankası Finansal Planlama ve Mali İşler Bölümünde Grup Başkanı olarak görev yaptı. 2008 yılında İç Denetim Koordinatörü olarak çalışmaya başladığı Sütaş Grubu’nda 2011 yılından bu yana Denetim Başkanı ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. Grubun Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi Başkanlığı görevini de üstlenmektedir. Duygu Yılmaz, ayrıca, İş Dünyası ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Derneği (SKD Türkiye) ve Türkiye Kurumsal Yönetim Derneği (TKYD)  Yönetim Kurulu Üye’sidir.

According to the World Economic Forum report, if we do not invest in agricultural production, do not conserve natural resources and develop strategies to combat climate change and establish a sustainable food ecosystem, we will not be able to find the right and sufficient sources of nutrition. Issues such as ethics, animal welfare, resource efficiency, food reality and consumer health are other areas of responsibility for the industry.
